For pickups, it's a 3-day hire—collect the day before your event and return the day after. For interstate rentals, we allow 2-3 express shipping days on either side of your event.

Absolutely! You can try on our collection at our Mosman location — we’d love to help you find the perfect outfit. Appointments can be booked via our website.
Bookings can be made directly through this website. Try-ons are located in Mosman, Sydney. You’ll receive the exact address 24 hours before your appointment, with confirmation sent to your email. You’re welcome to bring family or friends along! Appointments run for 30 minutes, so please arrive on time. You can try on as many pieces as you like.
No, we don't offer postage try-ons as we prioritise in-person try-ons to ensure the perfect fit. However, we do offer interstate rentals, so you can still enjoy our dresses no matter where you are!
Minor wear and tear are covered, but significant damage or unremovable stains may incur additional fees. Contact us if anything happens; we're here to help.
Shipping
Yes! We ship across Australia. A $90 refundable bond and $35 express round-trip postage fee are required in addition to the rental price.
