Yes, cleaning is included in the rental cost! Just hand the item back in its original state, and we'll take care of the rest for you.
Bookings
Pickup rentals: collect before 5pm the day before your event and return before 6pm the day after your event.
Interstate rentals: we allow 2–3 express shipping days on either side of your event.
Yes! your dress is reserved once payment is made. We recommend booking early to lock in your favourite look and avoid missing out.
Absolutely! You can rent multiple dresses for different events - just add them to your booking.
Yes. All rentals require a refundable bond. Pickup rentals range from $30-$100 depending on the dress. Intersate rentals there is a flat $90 bond.
Try-ons & Returns
Yes! Try-ons are by appointment only and can be booked directly through our website.
Appointments are held in Mosman, Sydney. You’ll receive the address 24 hours prior via email confirmation. Appointments run for 30 minutes and you’re welcome to bring up to 3 friends or family.
No, we currently only offer in-person try-ons. However, we do ship Australia-wide for rentals.
Yes! You can try on as many available styles as you’d like during your appointment.
Pickups & Returns
Your rental will be ready for pickup before 5pm the day before your event. You may also collect it on the day of your event if preferred.
All rentals must be returned before 6pm the day after your event.
Minor wear is expected, however significant damage, stains or alterations may result in bond deduction or replacement fees as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
Shipping
Yes! We offer Australia-wide express postage. Interstate bookings require a $35 round-trip express postage fee plus a refundable $90 bond.
