By booking with SAS Rentals, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed once processed through our website. Try-ons are to be booked via this website. Rentals are available for pickup (Sydney only) or interstate postage within Australia.

2. Payments
All payments are processed securely via Shopify checkout and must be made prior to pickup or postage dispatch.

3. Bonds
No bond is required for local pickups. A $90 bond is required for postage hires, refunded within 2-3 business days after return and inspection. Deductions may apply for damage, unauthorised alterations, or additional cleaning.

4. Garment Cleaning
Leave the cleaning to us - it's all included in your rental price.

5. Pick Ups/Drop off
Pickups are in Mosman, Sydney. Exact location is provided 24 hours before your try-on or pickup.

Pickup hires: 3-day period – collect the day before your event and return the day after.
Postal hires: 8-day window – we post 2-3 days before your event (express). Please return post the day after your event using the provided express satchel.

6. Damages
Full retail value will be charged if a garment is damaged beyond repair. All items are pre-loved and may show minor, expected signs of wear. Refunds or discounts are not provided for general wear and tear.

7. Cancellations
• 7+ days notice: Full refund
• 3-6 days notice: 50% refund
• Within 2 days: No refund
